Currently, I lead Global Management Consultancy as Founder & CEO, alongside serving as a Business Consultant with BW Businessworld Media Private Limited for Gujarat. With over 18 years of experience in enhancing employee success, I thrive on catalyzing both individual and organizational achievements.

My career spans diverse sectors including Academics, FMCG, Retail, Power & Transmission, Food & Agri-business, Pharmaceuticals, Packaging, Advertising, Media, and Education. Each domain has enriched my understanding and fueled my commitment to driving impactful outcomes.

As I embarked on my career journey, I discovered my passion for empowering others and finding innovative ways to simplify their work and lives. With a genuine affinity for people, I find great fulfillment in my role in HR—a dynamic blend of challenges and rewards. Acting as the vital link between individuals and the organization, I thrive on building enduring connections, even when tough decisions must be made.
